Jim Oberhofer - 2013
 The Jim Galbreath Award is presented
annually in recognition of our Co-founders’
strength and commitment to volunteering including volunteer community
and emergency
communications. The 2013 award was presented to Jim Oberhofer, KN6PE,
in
recognition of many years of service to Santa Clara County as EC of
Cupertino,
developer of the Outpost Packet Message Manager computer program (free
to all users)
and the designer of the County Packet Bulletin Board system. To the
right is a
photo of Penny Galbreath and Jim with the Award.
